Guided by this belief, Dave has endeavored to establish sustainable business practices that help the company build on its excellent reputation. What are sustainable business practices? Those that build good will and trust. We avoid decisions which give short-term gain at the expense of long-term-gains.  Among other things, that means we don't steer borrowers into loan programs that benefit us instead of the borrower.

Most of Dave's customers are referred by past customers, a testament to the value of building relationships based on trust.

Born and raised in Santa Clara County, Dave is a graduate of Chapman University, and is an active Saratoga Rotarian. When not buried in paperwork, Dave can be found, hiking the high country, playing piano, playing guitar in his band "Nigel and Clive" and  putting his theatrical talents to use in many wonderful bizarre ways.
